I ordered several pieces on Wednesday (24th), received confirmation on the order Thursday (25th) and received the order on Saturday (27th) in time for a bridal shower on Sunday (28th). I truly didn't expect to receive the order in time even though I had requested fast handling. Two other companies I talked to said it would take 3 weeks to 6-8 weeks to process the order. Your prices also beat their prices.
I really appreciate the way you do business. Since my sister-in-law's flatware is hard to find, I'm sure I'll be doing business with you again soon!

Thank you very much for the prompt, careful and complete response. In fact, I had no trouble finding what you have in stock. Your site has a great search engine. I figured out what I was doing wrong. It is essential to put a number in the "Want" column (even if the customer just wants to see what you can find) in order for the system to move to the registration screen.
I've registered now, though my "everything" will look a bit odd.

Thanks for the quick-reply info on May Melody! We can't wait to get ours to compliment a set of 8 that belonged to my mother. She bought them piece by piece with green stamps when she was very poor in the fifties. I can't believe you guys had that pattern, because four or five really snobbish silverware web sites informed me that they don't trade in such low-life patterns. Even though I can afford to buy any brand of silver, I want May Melody because it makes me think of my mom and I thank you for stocking it and letting me buy it.
