At the top of this page, select whether you want to search for your pattern by the pattern name or the manufacturer name. You may then enter as many letters of the name as you like, then click the "Search" button to return a list of patterns meeting your criteria. You must enter at least one letter, but the more you enter the shorter the returned list will be and the faster it will load. We do not recommend entering the full name, as your spelling and punctuation may not be the same as we have listed.

You may quickly view a list of any patterns that you have previously viewed on our site by selecting the "Previous Selections" link.

You may order from Silverwarehouse in one of three ways:

1. For fastest service, select the pieces you wish to order from our inventory, then complete the order form and submit it online. If you are paying by credit card, that information will be requested separately from our secure server. Your browser must accept "cookies" to order online.
   
   
2. Select the pieces and complete the online order form, then print it and mail it with your check or credit card information to:

After locating a specific pattern, the pieces available in that pattern will be listed. Enter the quantity desired of each piece in that pattern in the "Order Now" column. If you don't see the item you want or want more than are currently available, enter that quantity in the "Want Later" column.

After selecting all pieces in that pattern (you may add or delete later), click the "Add selections to your order and want list" button. You will then see a summary of your order and/or want list to that point. If you would like to add pieces from another pattern, you may then do so. You will see the current summary of your order and running total after adding pieces from each specific pattern. You may also see this summary without adding additional pieces from any "Review your current order" link.

Pieces that you select will be stored using "cookies" on your computer for a number of days, so you need not submit your order immediately, nor delay selecting pieces if you want to experiment compiling an order. The order will not be placed until you "Submit Order" and provide all required information for shipping and payment. If you are paying by credit card, that information will be requested separately from our secure server.

If you submit a list of items that you want, but that are not currently in stock, we will contact you if we can get any of those items. We cannot guarantee that we can get them at the same price as may be listed for in-stock items, but you are under no obligation to buy. We will not ship any pieces from your want list until you confirm that you want us to do so at the offered price.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, checks, and money orders. If you choose to pay by credit card, that information will be requested separately from our secure server, and your order will ship as soon as we can prepare it. If you pay by check or money order, we will ship your order as soon as we receive payment, at the ship speed you choose.

Any out-of-stock items selected on a want list are not considered a part of any order and no payment is due for those items. If we find any items on your want list, we will contact you, and you may then place a separate order if you wish.

When reviewing your order, you may change the quantity to order, or delete a selected item by changing its quantity to zero. If you try to order more pieces than are available, the quantity will be changed to that quantity available. The new total for your order will be recalculated if you click the "Calculate Total" button or by submitting the order.

First, try to search for your pattern by the first letter of either the pattern name or manufacturer. If the resulting list includes your pattern, click on that pattern name link to view pieces available. If the list does not include your pattern, scroll to the bottom of the page where you can type it in, then click the button to view the pieces.

Every pattern lists standard pieces for that type and the quantities that we have available. If that quantity is blank or less than you need, you may order all that are currently available, and register a want for any additional that you need by entering those quantities in the appropriate columns. If the pieces you want are not listed, scroll to the bottom of that page where you can type them in.

There is no guarantee that we can get the pieces you need, nor that some pieces were even made in a given pattern, but there is no obligation on your part to buy them if we can. We will not ship any pieces from your want list without your authorization. The purpose of registering wants is to allow us to try to find pieces that you need that are not currently in stock. It is not necessary to register a want for pieces that are currently available- simply order them whenever you are ready.

Handling charges are based on a number of factors, including package weight, value, ship speed, and destination. When you compile your order and enter your shipping address, your total will be computed and displayed prior to submission.

The handling charges are calculated initially assuming the cheapest method. If you change the speed by which you want your order sent, new handling charges will be figured accordingly when you "Calculate Total" or "Submit Order". Handling charges are non-refundable.

Handling charges are calculated online for most destinations worldwide. Shipments to some locations may be subject to additional charges that will be computed when we receive the order. You will be informed of the exact charges in a subsequent e-mail confirmation for approval prior to shipping.

If you must receive your shipment by a certain date, be sure to note that in the comment section. Keep in mind that we retrieve and act on the orders at approximately 10:00am Central Time every day except Wednesdays and Sundays. Ship speed should be considered relative to that time which we receive the order and are able to prepare all items for shipment.

Sales tax is not calculated initially, but will be charged at the current tax rate on any orders shipped to an address in Missouri. When you "Calculate Total" or "Submit Order", sales tax will be added accordingly.

Prices for the same piece within a pattern may be different because we bought in bulk from the factory at a lower cost. We pass the savings on to you. The lower priced items are available only in limited quantities, so you can purchase either one or both.

Your browser must be able to accept cookies to order online. If you cannot, you may view all of our inventory and other content, but you would have to call us with an order. If you are warned that you are about to receive a cookie from our site, you should answer "Yes" and do so. If you would like to accept cookies without warning, do the following:

In Microsoft Internet Explorer^TM for Windows, version 3.0 and earlier:

Each piece you order is guaranteed to meet your complete satisfaction. You may exchange any item or return it for a full refund, less shipping charges, if received by us within 15 days of the invoice date. Merchandise must not be used and in the same condition as when shipped to you, with any sealed plastic bags unopened. Any exchange or refund requires a Return Authorization Number, which you may request by phone or e-mail. With any return, please include a copy of our invoice with your Return Authorization Number written on it. Any refund for a purchase exceeding $400.00 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges of any amount, however, will be made with no restocking fee.

This offer is not valid for shipments outside the continental United States, to dealers, or for items purchased at less than our advertised retail price.  Free or flat rate shipping offer is valid only for delivery by the carrier and shipping method of our choosing and is only valid for selected items or patterns.  Offer is not valid for silverware chests, polishing accessories, china, hollowware, or oversized items.  If additional items not subject to special handling are ordered or if expedited shipping is requested, an additional handling fee will apply to the entire order.
