To answer the most common questions we encounter, or to otherwise direct your inquiry to the
appropriate person, please select that which best describes the subject of your question or comments:
Do you have my pattern?
Every pattern we have ever encountered is listed on our website. If you perform a search and do not find your pattern, try using fewer letters to eliminate the possibility of misspelling the name.
If your search still fails to list your pattern, at the bottom of the resulting page, you may type in the name and manufacturer and submit a want list.
I found my pattern listed, but with no pieces or prices.
Everything we have available to order is listed on our website with prices. If an item is listed without a price, then we do not currently have it available, but you may submit a want list by entering a quantity in the "Want Later" column.
If you don't find the pieces for which you are looking, at the bottom of the pieces that are listed are spaces where you can type in the items for a want list.
I do not know the name of my pattern- how can I identify it?
We offer free identification of any flatware pattern. Requests to identify china or crystal patterns should be directed to one of our partners.
I have a question about pictures on your website.Instructions for identifying a flatware pattern Help identifying a china or crystal pattern
We have pictures of a large number of our sterling patterns available online, and are continually
working to add pictures of all of our flatware patterns. In the meantime, if you are unsure if the
pattern we list matches yours, or if you don't know the name of your pattern, please see the
previous topic for help in confirming the pattern name.
I want to follow up on my order.Within the piece listings for individual flatware patterns, the names of most items link to pictures of generic pieces. These images do not represent the actual pattern, but rather the general shapes of the pieces for comparison purposes.
If you placed an order online, you should have received an e-mail confirmation. To best track your order, please try using the "Reply to Sender" feature of your e-mail software, being sure to attach a copy of our message to you.
Otherwise, click here to contact us with the necessary information.
I want to sell my pattern to you.
We buy all types of flatware and holloware. It is necessary to know the name of your pattern before we can make an offer. If you need help with that, check our instructions for identifying a flatware pattern,
otherwise, click here to submit a request to sell your merchandise. We are not currently buying china or crystal, but you may want to check with one of our partners.
How much is my pattern worth?
The value of a pattern depends on a number of factors. If you want to buy more or replace pieces in your set, you can search for your pattern and see our prices listed. If we do not have a piece in a particular pattern, we cannot say for what price we would sell it if we did.
What are your shipping and sales tax charges? If you want to sell your set and you know the name of the pattern, we will entertain any offer you may make, but cannot quote what it may be worth to sell to someone else. For insurance or estate purposes, you may call us to request a written appraisal for a fee.
Charges for shipping, handling, and insurance are calculated according to a number of factors. Sales tax is charged on any order shipped within the state of Missouri.
Exact charges are calculated online after compiling your order and presented for your approval before submitting.
I'm having trouble with your website.State laws require a Missouri-based business (such as Silverwarehouse) to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Missouri addresses. In our case, the amount of sales tax collected is based on the tax rate for Kansas City, Missouri. We are not required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents of any other state, unless merchandise is shipped from a warehouse from that state.
Please check the other topics on this page and our ordering instructions page. If your question is not answered there, please click here to tell us of your problem. If possible, please copy the text of any error message you may have received.
