A. We have been in business since 1979, are located at 4311 NE Vivion Road in Kansas City, MO. We are closed Wednesdays and Sundays. Our hours are 10PM-8PM on Thursdays, and 10AM-6PM all other days.

Questions on Our Inventory

A. Currently, we are only selling the stock we have immediately available. We only have the patterns listed that we have in stock.
A. This means that the item you are attempting to purchase is currently out of stock and we do not have it available anymore.
Most of our listed sterling inventory already contains measurements for the individual pieces. Unfortunately, as we have thousands of items of flatware in stock, we cannot currently take pictures of individual pieces. However, we are working to provide pictures of each pattern we have available.
A. No, we do not offer this service anymore.


Questions on Purchasing from Us

A. No, we only allow purchases through our website.
A. The CVV Code (card verification value) is located on your credit or debit card. If you are using VISA, Mastercard, or Discover, the CVV code is a three digit number located in the signature box on the back of your card. It is the last three numbers found in the box. If you are using an American Express card, your CVV code is a four digit number found on the front of your card, just above your credit card number.
A. We are located in Kansas City, MO, at 4311 NE Vivion Road. We are closed Wednesdays and Sundays. Our hours are from 10AM to 8PM on Thursday, and 10AM-6PM all other days. We do not allow customers to browse the sterling and flatware inventory, but an employee will assist you by bringing out the pieces or patterns you are interested in. We have a massive selection of sterling flatware and holloware as well as stainless and silverplate flatware.
A. No, placing an order is not a confirmation or guarantee.  After we review and verify the order, if the order is accepted we will issue a sales receipt to confirm the order.

Questions on Selling to Us

A. Yes! We have been in business since 1979, and specialize in sterling flatware. But, we also purchase sterling silver holloware and collectibles.
A. If you are interested in selling, please visit our store. If you are not nearby you can mail your pieces to us for evaluation. We cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail. If you mail your pieces to us, please include a sheet with your name, mailing address, telephone and email. We will respond promptly after we receive the items with an offer to buy. If you decide that you are not interested in selling the pieces, we will return the items to you at the mailing address provided. If you accept the offer, we will immediately issue a payment by check.
